Human Resources Management Process

The purpose of the “Human Resources Management Process” is to identify and manage the issues related to the employees of the foundation.

As a result of the successful implementation of the Human Resources Management Process:

  • Human Resources Planning is created and managed.
  • Recruitment processes are carried out.
  • Employee separation processes are carried out.
  • Training needs of employees are identified and provided.
  • Performances of employees are evaluated.
  • An employee remuneration system is established and implemented.
  • Operations regarding personnel affairs are carried out.
  • Employee participation in continuous improvement is ensured through a suggestion and reward system.
  • Disciplinary process and compliance with the working rules are monitored.
  • Activities aimed at increasing the motivation of the employees are organized.
  • Other employee-related activities are carried out.

Our foundation is one of the NGO partners of the First Chance Program (www.ilkfirsat.org) which aims to promote equality of opportunity for graduates from “second-tier” universities in their transition to work life.
