Every year, 300.000 children across the world and about 3.500 children in Turkey are diagnosed with cancer and start their fight against this disease. There is a special day that raises international awareness of the fight against childhood cancer: February 15th International Childhood Cancer Awareness Day.

Every year, KAÇUV carries out awareness projects on the week of February 15th to raise awareness of childhood cancer. Our essential goal is to raise public awareness about childhood cancer and the importance of early diagnosis and inform healthy individuals about the symptoms of cancer and prevention methods. The success of treatment increases over the years with increased cancer awareness and easier access to physicians.
