- Operations regarding personnel affairs are carried out.<\/li>\n
- Employee participation in continuous improvement is ensured through a suggestion and reward system.<\/li>\n
- Disciplinary process and compliance with the working rules are monitored.<\/li>\n
- Activities aimed at increasing the motivation of the employees are organized.<\/li>\n
